FAQ

Where will the event be held at?
IAF2023 will be held at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre Multi-Purpose Hall Level 7. From 11am - 7pm (Last entry at 6:30pm)
As part of our crowd control measure for your safety and to shorten queuing time ( there may be a queue ) - Register Here to lessen queuing time.
How do I get to IAF2023?
The nearest MRT is Shenton Way or Tanjong Pagar, the venue also has parking spaces available.
Is IAF2023 free to enter?
Yes! Admission is FREE but please register and be punctual.

Why do we need to register?
Will there be a queue?
The registration is for safety headcount at the event area on level 7 for the safety of the visitors.
There may be a queue but ticket holders will have priority within their ticketed time slots.
Come to our level 1 counter 10mins before your ticketed time slot and please leave on time so other visitors and also enter the event area to support the artists and enjoy the festival!
What if I don't register for a ticket or couldn't get a ticket?
There is a queue for walk in visitors but we cannot guarantee queuing time.
Priority will be given to ticket holders first. After the grace period is over for the ticket holders at each time slot- we will let non ticket queuing visitors enter the event space as according to the total visitors quota.
Visitors with baby prams
We expect the hall to be crowded - you may have to leave your pram at level 7 entrance.
We will advice visitors not to bring infants or toddlers in prams for safety reason.
Is there a Nursing Room for mothers?
The toilets at SCCC Levels 1 and 7 also serve as nursing rooms for parents with young children. See this link for more info-

Is the venue, wheelchair friendly?
Lift access is STRICTLY for mobility challenged REGISTERED visitors (due to any medical conditions) and ONE helper companion only with valid free tickets. ( Please register to get a free ticket and keep to your allotted time slot to avoid long queuing time )
Come to our level 1 counter 10mins before your ticketed time slot so we can give you the proper wrist band and show you where to take the lift.Is there a dresscode? Do we welcome cosplayers?
Be casual and comfortable.
If you want to cosplay and come support as a character just make sure your outfits are family friendly and safe for work (no overtly revealing cosplays, realistic/sharp weapon prop weapons, military cosplay).

Yes, we do! If you're a brand that specialises in anything Illustration/ Drawing/ Art/Comic/Pop-Culture-related, please feel free to get in touch via email.
Many of our participating artists have worked with brands relating to Publishing, Design, Advertising, Technology, Lifestyle & Fashion, NGOs and government agencies.
